1. What this site is

Energy Rent Hub ("ERH", "we") aggregates and analyzes publicly available on-chain data of the TRON network to discover, measure and rank addresses that appear to provide automatic energy rental services. We do not operate any energy rental business, we are not a party to any rental transaction, and we have no relationship with the listed addresses unless explicitly stated.

All rental transactions happen directly between you and a third-party address, entirely on-chain and entirely outside our control.

2. Accounts

Registration requires an email address and a password. No email verification is performed at this time; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or attacks against the service.

3. Premium membership

Premium membership unlocks full visibility of all listed addresses, including those below the public price line. Membership is purchased by sending the exact TRX amount shown on your order page to the displayed platform address within the order validity window. Activation is automatic after on-chain confirmation.

Membership can also be earned through valid invitations as described on your account page.

4. Payments and refunds

All payments are made on-chain in TRX. On-chain transfers are irreversible by nature; therefore all payments (membership and listing fees) are non-refundable once the corresponding service is activated.

If you transfer a wrong amount, the payment may not be matched to your order automatically. Contact us with the transaction hash and we will attempt manual reconciliation, but we cannot guarantee recovery. We are not responsible for transfers sent to any address other than the one displayed on your order page.

5. Merchant listings

Merchants may submit or claim addresses after on-chain ownership verification. Profiles are published after review and may be edited at any time, subject to re-review. Listing fees buy display placement for a fixed period and are non-refundable.

We may remove a listing, hide contact information, or mark an address as high-risk at any time based on on-chain risk signals or user reports. Remaining listing time is not refunded in case of removal for risk or policy violations.

6. No warranty

Scores, prices, response times, success rates, pool balances and the "live-test verified" badge are statistical inferences derived from public on-chain data. They are provided "as is", may be inaccurate or outdated, and are for reference only. They are not advice of any kind.

We give no warranty whatsoever about the behavior of any third-party address. An address with a high score can still steal your funds. Always start with small amounts.

7. Prohibited use

You may not: attempt to bypass address masking or access controls; scrape the site beyond published API limits; submit fraudulent ownership claims or impersonate others; use the service to attack, defraud, or spam.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from transactions with third-party addresses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the membership fees you paid to us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
